RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Marsh & Timber Outfitters, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our business, all purchases are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details prior to completing their purchase.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marshtimberoutfitters@gmail.com. To assist with our review, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for consideration.
Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement item, store credit, or other appropriate remedy.
